Today, I receive a letter from USCIS stating that my green card is extended for one year! My green card will expire on May this year but since I already applied for Removal of Conditions on my Permanent Residency, the USCIS granted me one year extension.
During this one year extension, I still can travel and work legally.
My papers is processed in Vermont Service Center. I hope they will transfer it to California Service Center, since they are the fastest service center that processes the Removal of Conditions.
Whatever they may decide on my papers, I hope they will make the process speedy that way I can have my 10-year GC.
Next ... I am waiting for my biometrics appointment.
