Fishing,...

Today is a special day for lovers. Due to my lover's (my hubby) hectic work schedule today is an ordinary day for us. But wait, we already have our pre-valentine date. We went fishing! Not the typical date for a couple but for us it is something we enjoy to do and something we look forward to.

Yesterday was our fishing date and we caught 3 fish! A good dinner for me! Other than the fun of fishing, hubby and I enjoyed being alone in the nature, enjoying the sound of silence in the pond and watching the sun go down. Pretty romantic eh?

It was a good date. It was better than dining out for sure! Better than flowers and chocolates even!

Purses for my Collection

My birthday is coming up and we decided to celebrate it early because Dave has to work on that day. We went out for a date yesterday. We were supposed to watch a movie but we both decided to just hang around, dine out and shop. Dave bring me to shopping because he knows that I love it. Thanks to Mom and Dan who kept Andrea so we were able to have time for ourselves.

We dine out at a Japanese Restaurant. It was the first time that we went to a Hibachi-style dinner. We had a great time. After the dinner, we went to check out The Fresh Market. It is a store that sells very fresh products and the place is a little pricey. We also checked out the pet store because we planned on buying big fishes for our aquarium (Andrea just love to look at the fishes). Then we went to some other stores and I was able to buy two purses at a very reasonable price. I was ecstatic! I haven't purchased a purse in a little while and finding a good buy is really exciting. Suffice to say, I have two more purses to add to my collection.

Yesterday was a great date... I can't ask for more.. good food, shopping, and most of all we spent some quality time together.

Movie Date

Saturday was our movie date. After more than two years, we are back to our usual movie dates. We had so much fun. It feels like the old times, where we just hang out and watch a movie. It was so cool when we had the whole theater alone for a couple of minutes. We were early, so we were the first to enter the theater. We were able to pick the best seat. It was a great movie date for us.

Before we watched the movie, we went to have dinner first at Palace Restaurant. We have been out for more than 5 hours and we would like to thanks Mom and Dan for keeping Andrea. We won't have a terrific time if not for them.

We watched AVATAR, a very AWESOME movie! It was a perfect movie date. Dave and I love it!
