Tweet-A-Cause and Make Jacob's Dream Come True

Leapfish and Make a Wish Foundation are joining forces to make a difference in the life of an ill child. They are doing a social media fundraising initiative called tweet-a-cause, where Twitter users have the power to grant an ill child’s dream. This initiative will make sure that Jacob's one big wish in life will be materialized.

Jacob is a 4 year old boy who has Atresia, a rare and life-threatening disease that has affected him since birth. His biggest dream in life is to go to Disneyland with his family. It breaks my heart knowing Jacob's health condition that is why I am doing my share to make his wish come true. You too can do your share to make sure that Jacob's wish will come true. All you need to do is open a twitter account ( that is, if you don't have one yet) and tweet the following message "Just tweeted 2 grant a childs wish! #LeapFish donates to #makeawish foundation for each tweet. http://bit.ly/3Tj8A Please retweet!"

For every tweet, LeapFish will donate 5 cents to the Make-A-Wish Foundation until $10,000 target will be achieved which will get Jacob and his family to Disneyland. The campaign will run from November 16 through November 27, 2009 so hurry and start tweeting now. Help me in making sure that Jacob's dream Disneyland trip will come true.
