Tropical Depression Quinta is approaching Cebu. Mom and my brother Frony is in Cebu right now for Mom's Eye Check up. Actually they are already in the Pier but all the ferry schedules are cancelled because of Quinta. They are stranded in the pier. I joked with Lita who informed me that Mom and Frony are stranded... I told her that.. Oh well they can stay in the terminal since the terminal fee is expensive.
I am not worried because Mom is not alone. They could find a place to stay in Cebu if there will be no ferry for Tubigon until tonight.
Storm Warning Signal #1 is in effect in whole Visayas Region right now.
