When I went to the doctor, I asked for new prescription of my diabetic testing supplies. I got these below. These are different from the ones I used last year. The monitor is free as provided by my doctor, all I need to buy is the strips and lancets. These things are not cheap!

wow, I can't believe it has been a year already...diabetes maintenance is sure expensive.
haha, mamilu-- those things are not cheap indeed! i think my high blood pressure maintenance is a bit cheaper kay once ra man paliton ang BP monitor. Lol. but the emdications are not cheap as well so pareho ra japon. pait ning naay antuson lagi ba! :D
