We were not morning people before. We used to stay up until the wee hours. Most of the time we wake up around noon so, breakfast was not a popular meal for us. Recently, due to husband's change of work schedule we became normal persons that sleeps before midnight and wakes up early in the morning.
Now that we have a normal morning routine, eating wholesome food during breakfast is necessary for us. We have a toddler that I want to eat variety of foods so that she can easily adapt when she will be in school. It is also important for me to feed my family with not just delicious food but healthier too.
