Nostalgia #12: Space and Rocket Center
One of the famous places to visit in Alabama is the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama. It has hundreds of artifacts, including the charred Apollo 16 command module, a rock brought back from the moon, rockets, boosters, capsules and space suits used in NASA missions over the years. This is a very interesting place and they also have an IMAX theatre. I have seen it so many times from the highway on the way to visit my father-in-law. I have only been there once and that was April of 2007.
