TCP: Behind Bars

Hello Couchers! Today is another edition of Tuesday Couch Potatoes and we will be talking about movies that has to do with "Behind Bars".

This meme makes me realize how much movies hubby and I have seen. True enough, watching movies is one of our bonding moments. We usually watch one movie a night. The good thing is we often like the same type of movies. There are just a few that we don't agree with.

Anyway, this week is hard for me to choose which to feature so I decided to list my favorite behind the bars movie.

1. The Shawshank Redemption. Two imprisoned men bond over a number of years, finding solace and eventual redemption through acts of common decency.

2. Red Dragon/Silence of the Lambs/Hannibal/Hannibal Rising - These are the stories of Hannibal Lecter. I so love this movie although it gives me chill whenever I watched them.

3. Primal Fear. An altar boy is accused of murdering a priest, and the truth is buried several layers deep.

4. Law-Abiding Citizen. A frustrated man decides to take justice into his own hands after a plea bargain sets one of his family's killers free. He targets not only the killer but also the district attorney and others involved in the deal.

5. The Chamber . A young man fresh out of law school tries to win a reprieve for his racist grandfather who is on death row.

What's your favorite behind the bars movie? Come join us at Just About Anything.
