Hispanic's Pride

CBS Anchor Laura Diaz didn't become successful overnight. She had her share of struggles before becoming one of the leading Hispanic Television Journalist in the Nation. Laura Diaz Anchor worked her way up to become what she is now. She experienced shooting her own shoot, writing her own stories and editing them as well.

Laura Diaz Anchor was born in Santa Paula. Her parents were farm worker. When they moved in Santa Clarita Valley, they spoke little English but she was so enthusiastic in her studies that she finished a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

CBS Anchor Laura Diaz is part of the team that helped made CBS 2 into the ratings leader in Southern California. Anchor Laura Diaz Now is on top of her league. She is already an eight-time Emmy Award winner. She also won a back to back Golden Mike Awards for best feature reporting. She now have a good credentials in the world of journalism. Indeed, she is a pride to the Hispanic community.
