I was offline most of the day yesterday. I was busy preparing our first ever Thanksgiving at home. Thanksgiving dinner was good and enjoyed by the family. My first ever roasted turkey was a great success that hubby requested that we should buy another one and have a roast turkey in few weeks. The turkey was super delicious it was moist and tender, it actually fall off the bone.
I choose not to overcook the turkey breast that's why the breast doesn't look well roasted. Overcooking the turkey breast makes it dry. There were just 4 of us eating (Andrea ate her share later that night) so there were plenty of leftover.
