Home made Fabric Softener

I envy those people who used home made fabric softener and laundry soap. So, I finally decided to make one for myself.

Yesterday, I went to the store to buy my ingredients for my homemade laundry detergent and fabric softener. I did the fabric softener right away since I was almost out of downy.

What You’ll Need:
  • 6 cups HOT water
  • 3 cups distilled vinegar
  • 2 cups Suave Conditioner {I used lilac lavender - 1 bottle}
What You’ll Do:
  • Mix conditioner & hot water well, until conditioner is dissolved completely.
  • Add the vinegar, and mix well.
  • Store in a large container {empty fabric softener container, empty large vinegar bottle, etc}
  • Pour into a downy ball… or use approx. 2 tbsp. in the fabric softener spot in your laundry machine… then wash!

Thank you Frugal Girls.

Note:
I spent less than $2 for this batch.

Less ingredients, easy to make, one happy mama! :) hehehehe... I am making some too later. It's always fun to make something homemade that we know we can use it with such little amount of money. Thanks for sharing mommy LULU!
