It's HOT!

It is hot! The temperature everyday seems to be rising. Most people are miserable with the hot weather. It is officially summer and this is the time of the year where all you want to do is to cool off and hopes that the next day will be colder.

During summer days where the excruciating heat of the sun seems to be of no end, I always think and hope that I am in the beach enjoying the breeze while sitting in the hammock and sipping a cold drink. I am sure you can picture what I am talking about!

Summer is a time where people of all walks of life spend their time in the beach, hoping that the cool breeze and the cold water will ease the discomfort that they feel. As I have noticed, there are more people that opts to go to the beach during summer days.

As people in the beach wear their swimwear, (of course, you will be out of place if you don't wear a proper beach wear) there is a big risk for them to suffer sunburns because they are exposing their skin to the sun. Sunburns are really awful that is why it is important to put a lot of suntan lotion in all the exposed skin. Always consider using a product that has a high SPF because the higher the SPF the more protection it will provide. It is important to have sun protection, for health reasons. Prolonged exposure to the sun can cause damaged to the skin.

Swimming is a great form of exercise and an even better way to cool off on those hot, summer days. Enjoy the summer time at the beach and wear a beachwear or swimwear that will look good on you but always remember to stay safe in the sun. Protect yourself while enjoying the beach.

It feels uncomfortable when it's hot although I used to it in the Philippines. I am just lucky where I live because we are close at the coast. Most of the time our temperature here is either on the 60s or 70. But there is something I notice with the heat of the sun here, it's really painful when it hits my skin. It's really good to go to the beach when it's hot. I've been there twice already but the water is still cold. Hope the weather there will cool off. Ingat Lu and God bless you.
