Sleep in Comfort

A good night sleep is important for good health and well-being. Good and restful sleep is also a factor in staying healthy and helping the body fight infections and even get well quicker if we do fall ill.

Usually we don’t think much about the importance of good sleep unless our sleep is compromised in some way and we start to notice the effects of insufficient sleep or low quality sleep. A person who lacks sleep is difficult to be around. He is irritable, quick to anger, have a low tolerance for problem solving and may even find himself depressed.

I agree with you Lu, we all need a comfortable bed and not only that but a few good pillows too ( I'm very picky when it comes to that). I really like the oxford faux leather bed on the site :)
