When we had our vacation in the Philippines, Dave ate clam soup and he liked it. I told him that when we get back I will cook him some.
When we went to an Asian store, we bought frozen cooked clams. I was hoping that I can make a soup like we had. But to my dismay, it didn't turn out good, the way I want it.
Lesson learned.. I won't buy frozen cooked clams anymore. Maybe when we go to Atlanta we can buy a fresh clams or fresh shells.
