I am a loyal customer of Xoom Money Transfer Services. I have been using their service since I got here in the USA. I like their service because it is quick and cheap.
Recently, I encountered problems with their system. Since mid-October I couldn't successful;y send money anymore. They always cancel my transaction and when I emailed their customer service their reason for doing so is so vague. It is frustrating because I am enjoying the convenience of sending money online. But after so many tries, I am still not successful with sending money that is why I am saying goodbye to xoom... I am now using another money transfer service and it seems to be working just fine!
