Maybe my eyes really do need to be checked again. I’ve noticed that there are times when I’d see a shadow behind the letters when I stare at my computer monitor. Because I dote on a little girl 24/7, I’m sure one pair isn’t enough. It could easily break or gets damaged when we play together so I would probably need around 3-4 pairs, just to be sure.

Broken Eyeglasses
My old eyeglasses finally decided to stop serving me. This is my first pair of eyeglasses and I like it because it weighs very light and it doesn't strain the muscle at the back of my ears while wearing it. The rim of the glasses gave in so I can't wear it anymore.

When Vision Fails
When I was younger ( yikes... I am old now! ), I read a lot. I was addicted to reading fictional novels especially the suspense ones. I always spend my weekend in bed and read. I was very much a homebody and I enjoy the company of my books.
I noticed that my vision change from all the readings that I did. But I never have my eye checked. I know I needed eyeglasses with correctional lens but I was too stubborn. I don't like to wear eyeglasses so I just ignore the signs.
Eyeglasses became a necessity for me especially when I applied for my driver's learning permit. The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) won't issue a permit unless I pass the eye exam. So here I am wearing eyeglasses and I am seeing a lot better!
When your vision starts to fail, you better see your doctor right away. The earlier you can have your eye sight corrected the better.

During my yearly eye exam, my eye doctor told me that I really need to wear my eyeglasses or the risk of me getting blind will increase. Like the previous eye exam that I had, my eye pressure is still high and the nerve damage on my right eye has not improve. My eye doctor said he hopes that my eye pressure will goes down the next time I will see him, so he prescribed me with medicated eye drops.

New Eyeglasses
The eye doctor's office called me earlier today to inform me that my new eyeglasses is ready already. She scheduled me for fitting at 11:00AM. That was too early for us, so I called her back telling her that if it was okay we will be there around 12NN.
Anyway, when I fit my new eyeglasses it needs a little tightening. After the necessary adjustment we were set to go. It was very quick and I am now wearing my new eyeglasses. So far, I can say that I have been doing good in making sure that I wear my eyeglasses. I know that I have to wear it that is why I am trying my best to wear it all the time.
