Why Pay More for an Infant Formula?

I am an advocate of breast feeding.  I know that breast milk is still the best for babies.  Although I am pro breastfeeding, I don't condone those mothers that choose to feed their child with infant formula.  I know that there are mothers that despite their eagerness to breast feed their child they can't do it for some valid reason.  Whether we choose to breastfeed or to feed our child with infant formula, what is more important is we make sure that we give them all the nutrients that our child needs.  

Is it necessary to buy the most expensive infant formula for our kids? Of course not!  All infant formulas that are sold in the US are subject to the same regulation.  They all meet the standards pursuant to the Infant Formula Act.  So, why pay more for a branded infant formula when you can buy store brand formula for a lot less?  Parents has nothing to worry about buying store brand because this formula contains all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals which are essential for growth and development of our kids.  These formulas also contain DHA and ARA which will support brain and eye development as well as prebiotics which help support baby's immune system.

Are you still using those expensive brand of infant formula?  Time to switch and start saving.
